Onyx Quality Promise
If you find any of your Onyx items in need of new hardware, velcro, stitching or all around maintenance care - Onyx Quality Promise is just for you! Onyx Quality Promise offers customers the option to service their well loved Onyx lifting straps, wrist wraps and belts. Once your leather items have passed our warranty policy timeframe, you now have the option to give life back to your items through this program.
What the program includes:
- Available for wrist wraps and lifting straps
- Replace hardware - rivets and buckles
- Replace Velcro
- Replace unraveled stitching
- Missing logo
- Chalk and sweat buildup
- Condition leather
The program is for domestic orders and includes shipping both ways, handling, and service. Please allow 14 days for your item to be serviced and returned. All items are serviced in-house here in Southern California by one of our leather craftsmen. If an item is too well loved and irreparable, we will let you know prior to purchasing the Onyx Quality Promise.

*Please contact us if you are shipping from out of the country at firstname.lastname@example.org for a specific international price, however you will need to pay to have the item shipped to and from us so a new item may be a more affordable option so you're only paying one direction of shipping.
