All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If we are not able to ship within 2 business days for some reason, we will email you regarding your order.
Order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. Please add an additional day to your estimated delivery time for fulfillment from our warehouse.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Domestic orders over $70 receive free shipping unless otherwise noted due to specials etc. Our free shipping is First Class Mail which takes 2-4 business days to arrive.
You can skip shipping fees if you are in Southern California and would prefer to come into our warehouse to shop, feel free to email us at email@example.com to schedule a time that works for both parties. We are located at 3845 Birch Street, Newport Beach, CA 92660.
We ship to all military addresses (APO FPO DPO).
Shipping to Canada: Our Canadian rates are calculated at checkout. In the Spring and Summer of 2020 we saw a number of USPS delays up to Canada due to COVID but we have not heard of any delays lately. Packages to Canada usually arrive in 9-12 business days although sometimes they are quicker depending on the part of Canada. If you have not received your package after 21 days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your package gets to Canada, you can track your order at the Canada Post website with the tracking number we provide.
Shipping to the rest of the world: Our shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We have found that DHL is the most reliable and quickest shipper. The package usually gets to you within 3-5 business days. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Onyx Weightlifting Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
If you select USPS International shipping, once the package leaves the USA it will not be available to be tracked on USPS's website, however it should be trackable using your country's postal service.
Our return policy stands for international orders. No refunds or credits will be provided for the cost of shipping.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
