Return Policy

Returns
Any unused or unworn non-sale item may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase for store credit. Any defective product may be exchanged within 6 months of purchase. If the defective product is a limited edition or there are no more of that exact product in stock, Onyx Weightlifting Co. will replace it with the next closest item available. Once 30 days or 6 months has passed since your purchase, sales are final and no exchange or refund is available. If the product is unused and unworn, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product. If the product is defective within 30 days of purchase, we will provide you with a return label via e-mail.

Made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be provided via an e-gift card.

No refunds or credits will be provided for the cost of shipping or any duties and customs. Our system does not allow for us to send return labels to any international country so any return will be the customer's responsibility.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your store credit or e-gift card within 5 days of your approved returned item please contact us at customerservice@onyxstraps.com. 

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be returned, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange and item, send us an email at customerservice@onyxstraps.com and send your item to: Onyx Weightlifting Co., 3595 Cadillac Ave #103, Costa Mesa, CA 92626.

If the product is defective or damaged, we will provide a shipping label. We only replace products and send labels if the item is defective or damaged.


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a credit will be emailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send an e-gift card to the individual who purchased the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless your product is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
